Transferring Service
This online system is
intended for starting all accounts with a notice of 24 hours or more. If
service is needed on the same day, you must stop by our office before
1 pm on the desired transfer date to have the service transferred.

Please read the information below regarding your request to transfer water service.
- You may leave the water services on at the old address for a period of 30 days from the connect date at the new address.
If you need services beyond that point, please contact our office at 972-547-7550. A new service
deposit will be required at that time on the second address.
- If you are closing your old account, water will be shut off as early as 8 am on the scheduled date.
- There is a $30.00 service fee to begin service at the new address. This will be billed on your first bill.
- If you are closing your old account, a final bill will be issued and the balance remaining on the account will be transferred to your new account. All deposits will also be transferred to the new account.
- Your new service address may be located in a new billing cycle. Please pay special attention to the due date on your first bill for your new address as the due dates may have changed. This will also affect your monthly bank draft date.
- Your sanitation (garbage) pick up day may change with your new address as well. Please contact I.E.S.I. at 469-452-8000 to confirm your new day.
