IS THERE A DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO SET UP RESIDENTIAL SERVICE?

 There is $70 due when water/sewer service is set up.  The actual deposit is $40, and there is a $30 non-refundable service connection fee.  The $40 deposit is applied to final bills at the termination of any account.

HOW MUCH DOES MONTHLY TRASH SERVICE COST?

 Trash service is provided through I.E.S.I. The monthly cost is $15.36 plus tax of $1.27. You may request additional toters for a monthly charge of $6.60 each.

HOW CAN I GET STARTED?

 You may come into the office and fill out an application and post your deposit.

You may request an application be faxed to you with your deposit billed on the first monthly water bill.

An application can be mailed to you upon request with the same options for paying your deposit as above.

You can fill out an application online and your deposit will be billed to you on your first monthly bill.
