- First part of number is your CUSTOMER NUMBER
- Second part of number identifies the SERVICE ADDRESS
- Payments or credits received
- Summary of current service period charges
- Special messages and FYI notices
- Total current charges due
- Unpaid balances or accrued late charges - due immediately
- Amount due by "DUE DATE" - all previous balances are due immediately
- Due date - payments must be received prior to 5 pm
- Payments not received prior to 5 pm on the due date will incur a 10% late charge
- Current and consumption readings
