Please read the information below regarding your request to close your account.
- If the close date is within 24 hours of today, please contact our office to stop service at 972-547-7550. WE DO NOT DO SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS.
- To change a previously scheduled termination date, please contact our office at 972-547-7550.
- Water service will be turned off as early as 8 am on the scheduled date.
- Your service deposit will be applied to your final bill. If there is a refund due, a check will be mailed at a later date to the mailing address previously provided by you.
- If there is a balance due after the deposit has been applied, you will be mailed a final bill.
- Residential customers, please leave ALL trash and recycling containers at the residence for new homeowners.
