Billing Cycles
The City is divided into 9 billing cycles. Each billing cycle has its own reading dates for meters and billings; thus, each cycle has its own due date which may vary up to 7 days.
These cycles enable us to evenly distribute the workload throughout the month to ensure proper and timely billings of all accounts.
