In an effort to streamline our operations and improve customer service, the City of McKinney Utility Billing Department has implemented an interactive voice response (IVR) system. To use the IVR system, simply dial the direct number, 972-547-7555 and have your account number ready. Your account number consists of your customer ID (left of the dash) and your location ID (right of the dash).
